Pastor CW PArker

Pastor C.W. Parker acknowledged and surrender to God’s call to preach on his life in 1982 at the formative age of 15. He has been serving faithfully in full-time ministry since 1992. 

Pastor Parker is a native of Oakland Ca. Licensed under Dr. M.T. Thompson and the Berkeley Mt. Zion Church in 1982. Ordained by Dr. Samuel Williams, Sr, Trinity Missionary Baptist Church in 1996. Pastor Parker served under Dr. Williams as his youth pastor and assistant pastor of the Trinity Church. It was there he developed his passion and practice of teaching the Word of God. Equipping the people of God with the truth of His Word. 

Pastor Parker is the president of C.W. Parker Ministries, a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization designed to meet and minister to the needs of people by sharing the practical truths of the Word of God, to make a difference in their lives. 

Pastor Parker begin serving Friendship Missionary Baptist Church of Merced, CA December 2023. He and Friendship, pastor and people partner together that for the “Friendship Experience”; Welcome, Word and Worship. Friendship is a church where you can Believe Belong and Become.

Of all the jobs and responsibilities that Pastor Parker has. His most important role is that of husband and father. He has been married to his wife Mrs. Angelique T. Parker, over 35years, proud father of two girls, Mercedes, (husband Daniel) and Courtney Wade (Andre) god-son Jalil Ashford and grandfather of “The Heir” Daniel O. Hudson, III, “The Duke” Dyson O. Hudson ,“The Baron” Drew O. Hudson, “The Duchess” Draya Lynn Blount and Payton Ashford. 

Pastor Parker has often said “I am a person before God, a partner with my wife, a parent to my children, and then I am a pastor of a church. If I am not any of the first three, then I cannot effectively be the last.” 

Pastor Parker can best be defined by his motto “I hang my hat of the Word of God”
